Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to sign waivers and get fitted for gear. Closed-toe, closed-heel athletic or hiking shoes are required — no high heels or open-toe shoes are allowed on the course. Wear pants or long shorts (avoid white), and bring a change of clothes in case you get wet. Bring cash if you’d like to tip your guides. Long hair must be tied back in a ponytail or bun, and guests should be able to walk up a flight of stairs and cover short distances over uneven terrain over the course of the tour. This tour runs rain or shine — the operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or other events beyond their control, and will do their best to rebook affected guests as soon as possible.
Pregnant guests and those with serious neck, back, or joint injuries, chronic heart problems, or recent surgeries (especially to the ankles, knees, or back) should use their own discretion, or consult a physician, before participating.
Cancelation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a tour. No refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals, and guests are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reserved tour time. Refund requests for unforeseen circumstances can be submitted through the operator’s partner, TourClaim.
