Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time for check-in at 28-1692 Old Mamalahoa Highway, Honomu, HI. Bring closed-toe shoes, and double-check your weight and that of your group members in advance — fully enclosed toe-and-heel shoes are required, and the weight limit of 40–260 lbs is strictly enforced and checked at check-in. Guests weighing 40–69 lbs are considered a “Tandem Child” and zipline the last three lines with a certified guide. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (13+); if a parent or guardian isn’t participating, they should stay nearby in case a child needs to return to check-in. Guests under 18 need a legal guardian to sign their liability waiver. Guests should be able to hike a half-mile at elevation over uneven surfaces. Tours operate rain or shine, and rain gear is available to borrow on-site.
