Things to Know
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in. Fully enclosed toe-and-heel shoes are required — no open-toe or heel-less footwear. Rain gear is not provided but is available to borrow on-site. All participants must complete a liability waiver, and guests under 18 must have a legal guardian sign on their behalf.
Weight limits: Tandem children ages 12 and under must be between 40–69 lbs. Tandem children ride lines 1–4 independently and lines 5–7 with a certified guide. Everyone else must be between 70–260 lbs.
This tour is not suitable for guests with neck, back, or knee injuries, or chronic heart issues. Pregnant guests cannot participate.
