Tours are offered in English. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your pickup time, and allow a 15-minute window for your driver to arrive — pickup times determine when the tour starts. Closed-toe shoes are required, along with pants, capris, or knee-length shorts; tank tops, tube tops, and short shorts are not allowed since they can allow direct skin contact with the harness. Bring a bathing suit (it can be worn under your clothes), a hat, sunscreen, and a light jacket. Guests are weighed at check-in and must meet the tour's weight requirement. Guests must be able to walk over uneven terrain and swim. Children under 4′9″ and under age 10 must use a child safety or booster seat per Hawaii law; booster seats are available on request. Tours run rain or shine, though weather is monitored for unsafe ziplining or swimming conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms — if operations must close, guests will be contacted to discuss options.
This tour is not suitable for pregnant guests, those with neck or back injuries, those with recent surgeries, or those with an extreme fear of heights; guests with these or similar conditions should consult a physician before participating.

What an experience!
Definitely the adventure you need to do while on the Big Island! My husband and two older sons have done this tour twice and loved it, but I had no idea how much fun it would be. The ziplining and bridges were thrilling in themselves, but what made the tour fantastic were the guides, Davin and Travis.
