Check in at the Umauma zipline visitor's center and get geared up
Run lines #1–4, the exciting long dual lines, including the line #4 stretch over 2,000 feet of river water
Pause at line #2 for scenic views of a 100-foot waterfall toward Mauna Kea and a shelter overlooking the river confluence
Cross the 200-foot suspension bridge, 100 feet above a lava tube and fern grotto, to reach line #5
Continue through lines #5–7, ending with a close-up view of the famous Umauma Falls from a guests-only shelter
Finish with line #9, returning to the visitor's center
Transportation returns guests to Waikoloa (approximate drop-off by 3:15pm, timing varies with tour size)

Things to Know
Check in 45 minutes prior to your tour time. No ziplining experience is necessary. This is a moderate to advanced physical activity — guests must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs and walk short distances. Closed-toe footwear such as sneakers or hiking boots is required, long hair should be tied back, glasses should be secured with a strap, and sharp objects should be removed from pockets before the tour.
This tour includes round-trip transportation with pickup from two Waikoloa locations: Waikoloa Queens Shops (Queen's Marketplace), behind the food court, at 8:00am; and The Shops at Mauna Lani, in the circular driveway by Foodland Farms, at 8:15am. Return drop-off is approximately 3:15pm, though timing may vary depending on tour size.
Tours run rain or shine, and rain gear will be provided in the event of wet weather. In case of thunder, lightning, or strong winds, tours may be cancelled for safety.
Pregnant guests and those with serious medical conditions, as well as anyone with prior back or neck injuries, are not permitted to participate.
